• Public profile pages
• Wallet pass generation
• QR code generation
• Card downloads
• Sharing tools
• Related features and enhancements

2. Eligibility

Users represent that they:

• Are legally capable of entering agreements
• Will provide accurate information
• Will comply with applicable laws

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Impersonate others
• Upload unlawful or harmful content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated abuse tools
• Distribute malicious software

Users remain solely responsible for information published through their profiles.

4. Content Ownership

Users retain ownership of content submitted to SayHi. By submitting content, users grant SayHi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, store, reproduce, process, and format content solely for operating and improving the services.

5. Intellectual Property

All SayHi branding, logos, software, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and related materials remain the property of SayHi unless otherwise stated. No ownership rights are transferred.

6. Wallet Features

Apple Wallet functionality may depend on device compatibility, third-party platforms, operating systems, and the availability of external services. SayHi does not guarantee uninterrupted wallet functionality.

7. Purchases and Payments

Certain features may require payment. Users agree that:

• Promotional offers may vary
• Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law

Payment processing may occur through third-party providers.

8. Availability Disclaimer

Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, continuous availability, or complete compatibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SayHi shall not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities, data loss, service interruptions, or consequential damages.

Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user to SayHi during the previous twelve months.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless SayHi and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners against claims arising from user content, violation of these Terms, misuse of services, or violation of laws.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion if users violate these Terms or misuse services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where SayHi operates.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms periodically. Updated versions become effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
